Slightly different version of an older image. Just playing with the gamma and rotation. I am always amazed at how just rotating an image 90 degrees can completely change how it looks.
...and still the full-size looks impressive. The luminosity again and that quality of looking like two fragile nautilus in the deep dark sea. (May be the .png image format might help you in the future, 'cos its compression doesn't has quality loss). Cheers!
Runnerfrog, the original was rendered in PNG. Blogger from time to time will feel the need to convert a PNG file to a JPEG. Funny thing is, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I've got a few PNG files that are on this site. I might try it again and see if I can get the PNG file to work.
Thanks for the kind words. Always appreciated. :-)
Okay, I checked and the problem is not with JPEG but with how blogger is handling the image when I upload. My JPEG versions look very sharp. What you see here on blogger doesn't. I've only had blogger do this to a few images. Seems this is one of them.

By the way, this is one of those rare images that really suffers from jpeg compression. The original version looks sharp and superb.

Boy I sure did miss everyone...
Welcome back Jillie. Always nice to see you on that bike. :-D
I feel like someone is staring at me when I look at this picture.
I'm dreaming of that house, the one with all the walls. :-)
Princess, I did name this one red eyes. :-)
Ooooh, hadn't heard about the house in some time. I like that idea. Very much. :-)
Yin and Yang!
