Looked like a wicked old wise owl to me, one that might glow in the dark in the woods above Valla or so Kyra would have liked to believe when she was just a young lass listening to Papa tell her bedtime stories. :-)
I think we might see this chapter sooner rather than later. I'm liking what I could do with this and I'm aching to get Papa back into the story with a young Kyra. Those have always been my favorite chapters, the ones I cherish the most. :-)
I, for one, would love to see more of papa, and I like so much the whole idea of seeing them together with Kyra as just a young child, to see how the relationship between them, the closeness, developed. Looking forward to it!
I'm LMAO, because I just realized I have to create the story Papa is gonna tell. :-D
And here I was, all excited to be a fly on the wall and hear the words spill forth from our beloved Papa and be thrilled and surprised by the twists and turns that he wraps a lesson in, the ones we have become so familiar with that make Papa who he is. It is times like this that I wish the chapters just wrote themselves and all I had to do was wake up and there they were, like a quarter left under my pillow in the middle of the night by the tooth fairy. I need to find me a story fairy, a hot sexy good-looking one that might be willing to . . ., well, that's between me and my imagination, but I think she wears white or plaid, or both. :-D
