I see Fizz and Milo of the Tweenies. :-D (and you probably have no idea what I am talking about, but that's okay). So bright and colourful, sparks like fireworks, it's a visual delight, something children would love to stare at, which isn't meant perhaps how it might be interpreted, just to say that it's stimulating in a bright, colourful way. Yep, as if you didn't know what I was going to say, :-D, it's a good'un.
