It looks like a soft fuzzy snowflake...with a long hair stuck in it. Ok...maybe that's not the best description but work with me....I'm on a mental meltdown here....lol!
I hadn't thought of a snowflake when I first saw this one, but now that I look at it, a see a cotton-candy sorta of one. Just want to lick it and suck on it and rub it all over my body and get all sticky. :-D

Gorgeous! Back part looks like it might be abrasive and the wild lines in front reminds me of a child's drawing.
